About job:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to gain experience in packaging, inventory handling, and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
