Customand is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Packaging Associate – Immediate Start to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati, OH location.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, organizing materials, preparing shipments, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Packaging Associate will help ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, inspected, and prepared for distribution while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and potential damage before packaging.
• Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Verify product quantities and ensure shipment information is accurate.
• Prepare materials and supplies required for daily packaging activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and basic warehouse document

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, packaging, inventory, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated attitude.
